A great day was had and i was only spectating. The birds were happy and no pressure giving to them to do anything they didnt want. The lunch time meal was first class. Would recommend to give this a try. katsN8120ZN

A great day flying and learning about the birds looked after by John & his team. Most of these birds have been treated badly and with John's care and dedication, and with the help of the activities that he arranges , these lovely birds have been brought back to health. Plus lovely hot food and a great apple crumble. We will be back in better weather. CW3110

This is a great day. Very welcoming friendly people and the presentation and birds were exceptional. Well worth the money as it is a full hands on day with good food for lunch. The day went so quickly but a day we will talk about forever. We will definitely return and cannot recommend Yarak Bird Centre enough. andytM9282MR

We joined Yarak today and we had a fantastic day. The respect and attention the birds receive is first class. We met 6 birds, handling and observing natural characteristics. The birds were able fly and the handler was knowledgeable and engaging. It was important to me that the birds we shared time with were in the main rescue birds who now have a more comfortable life, after previous homes had not been able to look after them safely. We had a great lunch from the team and felt very much at home during our day. Thankyou John and Team. I would highly recommend the centre for all bird fans. clairefX1364TX

Not sure what to expect on our arrival but John and his team are very friendly and we quickly got into the days activities. John showed us a good range of birds of all sizes which we were able to handle and fly under his expert guidance. To be so close to these magnificent birds was a privilege. John was most informative and passionate about all aspects of falconry but not over the top with data, and the hands on was great, the day flew by. We thoroughly recomend this experience day if you have any interest in birds of prey. ChrisJulie C

What a great, good value day out! This was a real insight into the world of the birds. Both informative and fun, it’s pitched just right and kept us interested all day, with a few laughs thrown in for good measure! The owner John is a wealth of information and clearly dedicated to the welfare of his ‘avian family’. Thanks also to Sue, a friendly volunteer who looked after us well all day. The groups are kept small and you are given a close up experience and ample time to hold the birds. You can also take part in flying them to and from the glove... fancy holding an eagle anyone?!! Don’t worry about the weather... they have an indoor area where the birds can fly too. Not somewhere I would take babies/small children, unless they can sit quietly/ not run around. The good coffee and tasty food available on site are a bonus! Please try to book direct with Yarak so as much of your money goes to the rescue and welfare of the birds as possible. Doolie2016

Great day out and such a fabulous experience definately one for the bucket list. Fabulous experience to get up close and personal with a lot of lovely birds. Definately worth visit. I've been twice now and would definately return again. Perfect present for a big bfday or any bfday really. Nikki M
